GoGreen Investments completed a ~$1B combination with Lifezone Metals (NYSE: LZM), a company with one of the world’s highest-grade nickel resources and a mineral processing technology capable of producing low-cost, low-carbon battery material for electrification of the automotive industry. The deal was supported by a $100 million investment from BHP, the world’s largest mining company, and a $70 million common equity PIPE from large institutions.

Consulting services for renewable developers

Acquired 17 operating renewable projects and built one battery storage project for 445MWs operating renewable projects in 5 different markets.Grew a greenfield battery storage development pipeline to over 50 stand-alone projects with over 2GW of capacity and 6.5GWh of energy. Recruited and hired over 30 professionals to manage development, marketing, financing, construction, and engineering.

Developed four 20 MW operating battery storage projects in Northern Illinois. Executed one of the first battery storage hedges in North America. Sold the projects to two international IPPs.Raised a $300M commitment from an infrastructure fund.

Responsible for the Origination, Development, Interconnection, Permitting, Construction, and Operation of LRE’s solar and wind portfolio.Within 12 months originated, developed and sold 2 photo voltaic projects and a 200 MW wind project.

Responsible for the development and operation of ACCIONA North America’s energy portfolio consisting of over 350 employees in AENA, ASP and AWP. Increased revenue by more than 15% and EBITDA by more than 65% in the first year.
