Since Customer Governance was implemented the system has delivered an unprecedented 10 year positive retail dollar share swing versus our primary competitor.Managed contractual relations between the bottling system and Coca-Cola North America. This included co-developing two new US Bottler contract to replace multiple contracts some of which dated back 40 years. Responsible for selling the new contracts to 45 of the US Bottlers. Achieved contract conversion of Bottlers representing 99 percent of US sales volume.
