Lead efforts to aggregate and consolidate operational imaging data into a data warehouse supporting hospital wide business intelligence requirements including sales/marketing, finance, clinical operations, physician operations, and research.• Established a Microstrategy hosted, ad-hoc data analytics reporting environment for 100+ users. Developed ETL processes using Informatica and SSIS.• Published a reporting data dictionary covering over 100 metrics and attributes. Managed a team of report developers.• Extended data warehouse model using multiple star schemas to include additional operational systems involved in the imaging workflow such as PACS (image storage and retrieval), Radwhere (dictation), ROE (Order Entry), and Epic Radiant.• Developed Radiology specific KPI’s and implemented real time dashboards using LogiXML, Tableau, and Power BI for applications such as patient wait times for imaging reception areas, improving MR resource utilization, reading room displays for total count and detailed exam status for division leadership.

Defined and implemented Charles River’s e-FX product strategy. Gathered and prioritized customer requirements for FX trading as well as electronic trading in all asset classes leveraging FIX (FX, Fixed Income, Equities, and Collective Investment Vehicles).• Improved FX price discovery by integrating Request for Quote (RFQ) model • Extended use of FIX to include additional fixed income and derivative asset classes (REPO’s, foreign government bonds, TIPS, and option strategies).• Maintained relationships for all third party licensed software vendors including FIX, JMS, and reporting components.

Established the Office of Architecture for State Street Global Advisors as a new function collaborating with PMO and Infrastructure engaged in defining, building and managing IT Governance.• Established the Standards Board for governing technology assets and their use within the SSgA environment. Defined clear review criteria against which to measure each new technology request, to review and assign a disposition for these requests, as well as to periodically assess the adoption and direction of existing technology assets within SSgA.• Led the vendor selection and implementation of common reference data services.

State Street Global Markets leverages its’ position as one of the world’s largest custodians to provide fact-based investment research and trading services in foreign exchange, equities, fixed income, derivatives, and collective investment vehicles to institutional buy side clients. These products and services are delivered online via Global Link®, SSGM’s e-finance portal.• Managed a large team of application developers and consultants engaged in creating and enhancing our suite of investment research and trading applications.• Extended SSGM’s leadership position in the e-FX market by developing the next generation foreign exchange trading system, including limit and benchmark orders, and order management system integration via the FIX protocol.• Managed vendor relationships with offshore outsourcing partners in India and China, and onshore consulting companies.

Provided development support as the lead developer responsible for FIX connectivity for Fidelity Capital Markets systems. Member of team that created a distributed, real time, equity order management system for sell side traders.

Provided development support as the senior developer responsible for Investors Liquidity Network system (an early ECN). The system provided buy side customers with equity crossing functionality that included several innovative features such as “floating” orders, flexible time in force, and cross prices based on aggressiveness.
