Partnered with UGI Utilities president, executive team, and other key stakeholders to drive strategy and key business objectives – safe and reliable natural gas and electric service to over 700,000 customers, sustained earnings growth, organic and M&A growth, shareholder value creation, system implementations, etc. Redesigned Finance organizational structure to optimize efficiency and effectiveness and hired new leadership team (controller, senior director of FP&A, and director of supply chain), subsequently utilizing existing staff/new hires to build “best practice” accounting, FP&A, and procurement teams. Led 90-employee team (direct reports – controller, sr. director FP&A, director supply chain). Served as project manager for $540M acquisition of Mountaineer Gas Company in 2021.

Led strategy and execution of all capital market activity for UGI Corporation and subsidiaries (UGI Utilities, UGI Energy Services, AmeriGas, UGI International), including equity issuance, investment-grade and high-yield bonds, private placements, rating agency management, investment bank management, etc. Rebuilt Investor Relations function through hiring new team and improved investor communication strategy. Oversaw worldwide bank relationship management, credit facilities, and ancillary services. Led strategy and execution of all Investor Relations activity for UGI Corporation and AmeriGas.

Offered position when Sunoco was acquired and Treasurer role was eliminated. Identified, evaluated, and pursued organic growth opportunities, including customer interaction, business/financial assessment, and operational requirements. Handled federally regulated “open season” process for $200M Eaglebine Express Pipeline. Performed acquisition and divestiture evaluation and due diligence.

Led numerous capital market transactions raising $5B via debt and equity capital markets. Handled all facets, including investor relations, governance, and execution. Oversaw Sunoco and Sunoco Logistics bank credit facilities. Led execution of $2.5B in aggregate capacity. Acquired extensive experience with secured and unsecured facilities, including asset-backed and accounts receivable facilities. Oversaw cash management department, which processed 70,000 monthly transactions and managed $2B short-term investment portfolio. Managed credit department that provided support for Sunoco and Sunoco Logistics.
