Lead Air Force manager for both the regional financial oversight for the Ukraine/Russia Conflict and Capital Improvements/Procurement program (DoD Appropriations: 3010, 3080, and 3600). I managed a 2-member team in developing a method to identify, prioritize, and fund $225M in Air Force requirements needed to support the ongoing war in Ukraine. Additionally, I worked with HQ Air Force to provide justification to Congress regarding our need of additional funding, from which the Air Force received the full ask of $1.3B in daily operational expenditures & Capital improvement funding. I also directed a 4-member team responsible for a $740M Regional Capital Improvement portfolio, which involved developing the execution strategy for a program that tripled its amount of funding received compared with previous years. In support of these roles, I briefed senior leadership regularly on the status of these portfolios. I also worked with our organization’s IT specialist to develop two PowerBi tools to assist with tracking the status of Ukraine requirements and to provide regional HQ leadership status of capital improvement funds.

Supervised 29-person finance team responsible for budget, accounting, and audit compliance at one of the largest Air Force installations (largest managed by military member). I oversaw the 86th Airlift Wing's $351M annual budget execution at three geographically separated locations. I teamed with cross functional leaders of the installations to prioritize 117 unfunded requirements and with USAFE-AFAFRICA and AFIMSC HQs to obtain an additional $51.2M to source requirements. I fixed a $22M utility funding deficit at Morón Air Base, Spain, to avoid mission stoppage. I also developed several processes such as one for outstanding travel documents in which we worked with 95 units/195 managers and slashed open documents by 60% ensuring proper payments for 7K personnel. Additionally, I led operations during the end of Operation Allies Refuge/Welcome (largest humanitarian airlift mission evacuating 35K members from Afghanistan) and the Ukraine-Russian conflict. As a result of these efforts my team won the HQ Air Force's Special Act and Services award in 2021 and the Financial Management Office of the Year award in 2022.

Oversaw $202M in annual budget operations for the African and European regions. Additionally, led a 5-member regional HQ’s budget team during fiscal year 2021 end & fiscal year 2022 budget development, with a $563M annual budget. I led the region's $187M deployment contingency (OCO/DWEC and CCMD) operations program, overcoming a $54M portfolio shortfall and preventing mission failure. During this time frame I also led numerous HQ leadership budget review meetings ensuring the $563M of HQ's funds were spent in accordance with financial execution goals. Finally, I was the lead finance POC for Operation Octave Quartz, a presidential directed operation, moving 800 US troops from a particular location within Africa. The efforts of this operation and my other work during this quarter led me to being the USAFE-AFAFRICA Company Grade Officer of the Fourth Quarter, 2017 for the entire HQ staff.

Worked as a cost analyst for 4 Air Force aircraft acquisition programs at the Air Force Cost Analysis Agency (AFCAA), a $420B total acquisition program. During my time in this position, I led a 6-member team for F 35 Production & Continuous Development cost analyst/risk assessment for Air Force & Navy’s official cost projection ($376B estimate). I also integrated as a financial expert one day per week into Combat Air Force strategic planning HQ team, rectifying cost disconnects for 15 aircraft acquisition programs, $365B, 5-year budget. Additionally, I was the lead Air Force Finance POC for 5 Year plan Panel discussions. In this role, I delivered cost knowledge supporting new Air Force HQ initiative- prioritizing 326 critical programs for Secretary of the Air Force approval. As a result of my work, I was a 2019 Air Force Cost Estimator of the Year finalist.

Oversaw integration of Air Force’s largest/highest priority acquisition program cost projection integration into the Air Force Corporate Structure for its short term (5 year) and long term (30 year) plan. I orchestrated program reviews and cost inclusion for 72 of the Air Forces largest/highest priority acquisition programs into its HQ strategy ensuring $150 billion dollars were proper allocated across the Air Force's Future Years Defense Program (5-year plan). I also filled the role of HQ Deputy Division Lead during two-month gap of personnel assume assisting with cost, integration, and policy duties.

Managed 16-member team responsible for the financial services, customer relationship, and disbursing operations at one of the largest Air Force installations. The team was responsible with ensuring accurate, audit complaint, military, and travel pay compensations for 7,500 Air Force military personnel. Additionally, the team was responsible for providing accurate cash disbursing of $19M annually. While in this position, the team also developed 6 process improvement initiatives, which resulted in the organization winning the Pacific Region's Financial Services Office of the year in Fiscal Year 2015.

During this time, I oversaw daily execution of $376M annual base operational budget for 3 separate installation organizations. During the October 2013 federal government shutdown, I led our budget management team, ensuring execution of the base's essential operations with no mission stoppage. Additionally, I developed a Financial Management tool allowing installation leadership to have access to the status of their funds by just a click of a button on their computer.
