I graduated from Elon University in 2021, with a degree in Statistics. I focused my academic work in computational statistics, specifically using R and SAS. This has lead me to begin my career in Statistical Programming at AstraZeneca. My first two years at AstraZeneca, I spent as a statistical programmer, working on late-stage clinical trial data. During this time I have been able to improve on my SAS programming skills. It has also allowed me to become innovative, and foster a passion for incorporating R programming into pharma. My passion for using R, has led me to take on a new role, collaborating on the "R Project", as well as a lead position in the R-focused workstream. I look forward to this upcoming journey to make pharmaceutical programming, multilingual.Outside of my work life, I enjoy golfing, powerlifting, and painting. I find all three activities balancing, as they take different qualities. The combination of Finesse, strength, and attention to detail. As I continue to grow in the workforce, I also look to maintain my amateur passions.
