I am a dedicated analytical chemist at Sterling Pharma Solutions, I primarily work in ADG to help achieve tight deadlines with determination and efficiency. I have extensive experience working with HPLC,RI-HPLC, LC-MS, HRGC (FID) and HSGC, I am capable of maintaining each instrument, calibrating, troubleshooting and capable of performing annual qualifications on HPLCs. Additionally with these instruments I completed 2nd checks to ensure the initial users have correctly set up the instruments before performing sequences in a GMP environment, including the analysis of controlled substances.I have competency with the OMNIS system including pH meters, coulometric Karl Fischer and volumetric Karl Fischer titration, additionally I have experience in acid-base titrations, ion chromatography (IC), FT-IR and water activity meters both as a user and administrator. I have experience in setting up temperature mapping for fridges and laboratories, completed administrator work for GMP software performing data security with admin logs, setting up project folders, new users and adding data to project folders. Additionally I troubleshoot issues in our software for processing methods and final reports.I have prior experience for checking non-chromatographic proformas for GMP work, including validation documentation. I also have created and edited monographs, logbooks, SOPs, certificate of analysis and proformas.
