During my time with Onyx Scientific, I have extensive experience working in a GMP environment performing reference standard retesting, final product testing and more predominately stability testing.I have developed competencies in:✔The use, maintenance and qualification of High Pressure Liquid Chromatography systems (HPLC). Performed normal, reverse phase chromatography and use of a refractive index (RI-HPLC) on HPLCs, monthly maintenance, annual qualifications and troubleshooting. Additionally I check GMP sequences and instruments before any runs are started as a 2nd check to remove any user errors from the initial user.✔The use, maintenance and calibration of Liquid Chromatography- Mass Spectrometry (LC-MS).Performed reverse phase chromatography, monthly maintenance, troubleshooting and calibration of the mass spectrometer.✔The use and maintenance of High Resolution Gas Chromatography (HRGC) and Headspace Gas Chromatography (HSGC). Performed gas chromatography with a flame ionization detector (FID) and Headspace (HS-GC) and gained familiarity with maintaining the use of GC columns and the instrument via troubleshooting.✔Primarily focussed on stability studies, organising and communicating to teammates to achieve goals on a weekly basis.
