Embedded software developer in the SDV team. Responsibilities have included, but are not limited to:- working with audio technologies (Harman, Bose, etc.) and assisting with new features and specs to deliver quality to stakeholders and consumers.- SCRUM lead roles and communicating to other teams to coordinate software delivery, as well as assisting team members with all inquiries and providing direction.- developing new features and stories, mainly on the AOSP/Android side but also assisting with QNX/embedded stories.- taking over SCRUM activities and assisting Product Owner roles, and showing a leadership role for coordinating activites in and outside the team.- leading capacity planning, sprint review/retrospectives, and daily standups as SCRUM lead.- leading/attending code review meetings and reviewing other submissions from other teammates.- debugging and investigating defects (tombstones, ANR, BT, CP, AA) and providing solutions to them.- providing feedback to team members regarding code submissions- coordinating with specialized groups within the team to help deliver functional features to stakeholders- communicating and coordinating with third parties to assist with defect cooldown and to provide analysis and patches.- coordinating with GM global teams (China, India, Germany, etc.) to run workshops and assist with defects and features, as well to provide feedback and insight regarding features I have either leaded in or assisted with developing.

Summer co-op position at OPG.- developed applications in Microsoft Power Apps for digitizing and automating drill evaluation processes. Users can create drill evaluations, use premade forms (or make their own), and can email the results as a simple HTML file to any number of users. The evaluation contents are saved to a team SharePoint database that stores an HTML formatted sheet as well as a JSON object file.- utilized Microsoft SharePoint as a database for evaluation libraries, storing JSON content for manipulating in other Power Apps, storing HTML sheets of drill evaluation results.- utilized Microsoft Flow to convert Power Apps content to JSON object files, automate database purging, convert Power Apps content to tangible HTML documents, send mass emails to relevant actors in regards to evaluations.- created extensive software documentation for all apps and processes, including requirements, interfaces, software quality attributes, user manuals, software flowchart, complete-coverage glossaries, etc.

Summer work positions at Bell in 2018 and 2019.- Associate for the Mississauga Control Centre at Bell Canada (Manual Handling Department) for the summer of 2018 (May-Aug) and summer of 2019 (May-Aug).- created tickets, developed spreadsheets for analyzing process data and advising process changes.- contacted customers for updates to installations and repairs.- contacted technicians in the field to troubleshoot installations or repairs and give next steps.- created job aids and trained coworkers on usage optimization on various internal softwares.- automated various tasks with macros.
