MNGEA is a 501c19 non-profit professional organization the represents the interest of the enlisted personnel of the Massachusetts Army and Air National Guard.

Maintenance Management NCO at the Brigade level over seeing all maintenance operations; providing guidance, mentorship and training to all military personnel. This includes forecasting maintenance requirements for services and repairs, cross training.

supervises all aspects of maintenance, servicing, and repairing of wheeled vehicles, trailers, generators, and assorted signal equipment; supervises the maintenance of unit equipment data and work orders within the Global Combat Support System Army (GCSS-A) program and advises commander and staff on matters of maintenance and material readiness; monitors the scheduled and unscheduled maintenance for all organic equipment; responsible for the health, welfare and professional development of four NCOs and eight Soldiers

Support Operations (SPO) Material Management NCO Provided supervision and management of general supplies within a brigade; monitoring the on-hand stocks within BSB companies, determining requirements, coordinate local purchase, retrograde, and distribution of supplies; provide oversight of parts requirements and projections of parts availability; provides technical assistance to equipment records and parts specialist; assists and advises supply officer and commander; conducts and evaluates section training; serves as alternate trainer of section subordinates.

Provided supply and inventory management, maintaining property with standard property book systems. reviewed daily and monthly records of issue of petroleum products and operating. provided technical assistance to equipment and parts specialist, assisted and advised senior supply personnel.
