I have just completed my law degree, a 3-year degree at Cardiff University. I am hardworking, conscientious, reliable with an open and friendly personality, keen, tenacious and quick to learn. My work experience to date has been as a customer service assistant in both the retail and leisure sectors. The experience gained working as a customer service assistant increased my confidence to manage all types of customer queries and developed my communication skills as well as realising my ability to work well within a team. My 3 years at University has taught me to be self-motivated with increased focus on my end goal, to be independent personally and within my studies, to problem solve and to plan and manage my time more effectively.
