Hello, this is a little bit about me off the cuff as I'm not sure what to do with this space.My experience is mostly in culinary work, I'm very organized and detail-oriented especially in fast paced environments as I have experience in inventory, cooking from scratch, managing a station, multi-tasking orders and prepping for the next day.What I value the most is learning and meaningful improvement in any means necessary, I'm a very curious and competitive person, I have a drive to pick up on new information and build a proper foundation and structure based on past mistakes, failures or techniques I've picked up on in the past.
