CurrentThe Rights in One (RIO) Program is a long-term customer-centric business transformation program that aims to harmonise and simplify IP Rights processes and their supporting ICT systems and deliver an agile business environment which is adaptable to emergent business needs over the longer term. As Product Owner and Section Head of the RIO Integrated Case Management Section I report directly to the Deputy Directory General and responsible for:* Understanding the business intent of the capability as it applies to all four IP Rights and ensuring that all program/project team members/ external suppliers understand those.* Managing and regularly grooming the Product Backlog based on a set of agreed prioritisation principles.Escalate deviations from this via consultations with Senior Stakeholders to the Senior Responsible Officer. * Managing the Product Backlog for Development, including prioritisation in consultation with other backlog grooming representatives. This is to be based on business and technical requirements, user acceptance feedback, and sprint feedback* Identifying emerging issues in the IP landscape, technology advances, trends, and opportunities for business transformation that should be reflected in the product vision
