My responsibilities include maintaining compliance with regulations, overseeing adequate staffing levels, and managing inventory and labor costs. I adapt to the varying needs of each location, determining the appropriate number of employees per hour per shift. I consistently strive to find profitable and efficient solutions for the successful operation of each restaurant. I also help build the budget for the year to see which locations will be the ones to focus and help build the team and sales in that particular location. I also push for new exciting menu options as well as providing the training material and the most proficient way to train for new launches. I coordinate with the team for what is needed in each location as well as building tools that can better facilitate the day to day needs of each location to push sales and team morale.
