• Manage and Develop a group of Moulding Systems Technicians to deliver on the NPI requirements of the business.
• Lead and prioritise the appropriate corrective actions related to moulding equipment, tooling and processing in response to breakdowns, quality failures or validation activities.
• Provide expertise and drive actions within investigations and risk assessments supporting site wide projects.
• Responsible for clear communication and escalations within the technical department and internal & external customers.
• Support in all Moulding Systems Technician duties as required.

• Carry out Tool approval trials of new and refurbished Mould tooling
• Identify and implement the appropriate corrective actions related to Moulding equipment, tooling and processing in response to operational requirements.
• To train and mentor operational team
• Identify improvement opportunities and assist with the implementation
• Create and maintain documentation, including trial reports, technical reports and procedures
• Provide Moulding systems expertise for the completion of Risk Assessments

• Identify and propose process and systems improvement opportunities and support changes
• Complete training and maintain individual records for SOPs, WI’s, SWGs and QA forms
