CurrentLoading/ unloading trucks. Making sure correct product, lot #'s are loaded. Correctly loaded for weight distribution. Unload materials into correct storage buildings using FIFO system. Get orders ready for LTL's(less than truck load). Orders consist of stacking 20kg-25kg drums/boxes on pallets and wrapping. Keeping track of lot numbers and enter into chempax system. Communicating with management to stay ahead of orders and knowing when product will be finished and approved for shipping. Keeping track of total outbound truckloads, deliveries, weights on a daily basis. Have also worked on the chemical (wet and dry side). That consists of hooking and pumping off material. Unhooking rail cars at completion. Keeping track of weights unloaded. Running the aqueous choline side. Ensuring all pumps, tanks, steam valves, distiller's are working and mixing the correct chemicals. Drying completed products and packaging them out properly. Reashure involved blending oil with dry product to encapsulate. Making sure proper amount of oil and dry product is mixed. Sampled for approval and bagged out into 25kg bags.
