The Foundation for the welfare for Holocaust Victims is an NGO (amut) a with a turnover of approximately 1.2 billion NIS, that supports Holocaust victims with home care, accessibility, tithe treatments, food and loneliness.• Managing the bookkeeping department.• In charge of all financial aspects including: o Cash flow.o Investments.o Financial statements and quarterly reports.o Payments to vendors.o Payments to holocaust survivors as part of our support programs.• In charge of correspondence and reporting with government office.• In charge financial reports to Donors.• Overall responsibility for all insurance aspects.• Implementation of ERP system, Priority.

The World Union for Progressive Judaism is the umbrella organization of all Reform, Liberal, Progressive and Reconstruction movements around the world. The organization owns and operates a cultural center and youth hostel and hotel in Jerusalem (Beit Shmuel). • In charge of all financial aspects in Israel, United States of America, Russia, Belarus, Ukraine and Cyprus • Rebuilt the finance department while implementing strategic planning, procedures, cash flow and proper financial flow between our different branches and organizations.• Worked closely with the banks negotiating loans, collateral and bank terms while keeping tight control on cash flow and approving expenditure. • Prepared budget, financial statements and monthly reports for all the organization. • In charge of managing the Investment Committee including constant contact with the committee chair and the investment company in NY – the committee manages assets worth ~$7,000,000.• Worked with the organization’s president and lay leaders as well as with the finance and investment committee chairs.• In charge of human resources including working agreements and the salaries system.• Overall responsibility for all insurance aspects including Beit Shmuel • Representing the World Union for Progressive Judaism on the board of Michmanim – the NGO that operates the reform Mechina (pre-army program).• Board member in Netzer and Tamar (Associated NGO) in charge of their financial operations.
