Responsible for overseeing a team of up to 10 individuals, managing services including Verified by Customer, Bidding, and overall e-shops performance. Accountable for planning, executing, and reporting on KPIs and OKRs. Propose and coordinate service improvements. Engage in B2B research, fully establish the acquisition process (including automated reporting, training of Key Account Managers, preparation of sales materials, and client segmentation), and identify opportunities for business growth. Collaborate on the strategic development of listed services.

Managing existing clients and acquiring new ones, developing and executing a strategic acquisition plan. Responsible for reporting process followed by maintaining communication with investor regarding business matters. Creating and implementing client segmentation and prioritization strategies.

Managing existing clients and acquiring new ones, both in terms of input and output. Identifying opportunities to penetrate new markets and participating in and negotiating at international trade fairs.
