Originally hired as a site foreman, handling all aspects of construction from back framing, deficiencies to finishing touches.Progressively promoted over four years from site foreman, project manager, site supervisor to construction manager.Started and completed 9 homes for Lifestyle Custom Homes, 6 spec build and 3 custom homes.Final project was overseeing the conversion of a church to 14 private condominiums and 12 stacked townhomes in the adjacent parking lot.
