- Launching Sales & CRM platforms for multiple divisions within the company. This includes reassessing organizational structures and defining a streamlined framework to fit current market trends.
- Responsible for elevating several departments into the digital age. This includes introductions to web/mobile applications to ease workload at every level of a department.
- Creating automated reports on all levels of the businesses in order to provide transparency to higher management.
- Restructuring the E-Commerce platform, creating yet another channel of sales.
- Controlled and directed all aspects from concept to completion of various digital company projects.
