• Maintain & develop the process standards related to packaging in Forvia Europe, CVI and Zero Emission Division• Promote the re-use of packaging through the plants to reduce the upfront cash in programs by implementing a sustainable control of returnable packaging in FCM plants• Process owner of the PC&L returnable packaging, SAP Procedure• Develop the cost of reuse analysis matrix• Provide expertise support to Programs, Acquisitions and plants when needed• Estimate packaging, to include component packaging density and weight info• Provide packaging related info & documentation in support of sales functions• Lead the Packaging network. Capitalise and share knowledge within the Division & BG• Formalize and deploy a packaging improvement methodology to keep packaging under control within the Division• Provide technical support to purchasing when selecting / evaluating suppliers

• Calculation of logistic costs in acquisition and development phase of program (transport costs, inventories, packaging investment etc.), preparation of material and information flow for program.
• Lead logistics costs control and support Program Management with cost models and concept definition in decision making.
• Packaging development.• Support make-or-buy decisions for components sourcing (with the calculation).
• Definition of both inbound and the outbound process including JIS process (e. g. packaging concepts, investments, IT infrastructure etc.), ensure fulfillment of customer logistics requirements
• Calculation of plant requirements (e.g. direct and indirect labour, surfaces, storage, handling, packaging investment, etc.)
• Identification of critical parts and suppliers, define and lead corrective actions and ensure readiness for ramp up.
