Business Analyst - One of the first business analyst for the Costa Rica Sites responsible for the initial statement and training of the Costa Rica teams (Coyol and Heredia business analyst). Responsible for the transition of the paper based documentation system (SAP paper routing objects) to MES Camstar of the Coyol site. Program covered 2500+ UPN and 3000+ direct labors. Direct responsible for creating MES models aligned with the business needs as well as updating BOM, routing objects and work instructions accordanly. Also responsible of the training of indirect labor. People lead and technical mentor - Responsible for system availability 24/7 working as a team member of the global team reporting system downtimes and bugs as well as potential improvements of the system to fit business needs. Corporate Team member responsible for implementing MES system at the Penang, Malysia and San Jose, USA sites.

Manufacturing Engineer - Supporting activities for a product transfer from a sister site on USA to Costa Rica. Responsible for extending part, create BOM and routing objects (SAP and MES) as well as creating equivalent work instructions (spanish versions) to be used at receiving site. Direct support to the Production Readiness team in charge of setting up the physical line on the sending site. Direct support to the production line in the startup of the line in order to achieve production goals such as production output, yield and quality applying problem solving and process improvement tools
