I'm an accomplished Revenue Cycle Leader with nearly a decade of healthcare experience in revenue cycle, revenue integrity, project implementation, and operational management. You'll most often find me developing and operationalizing revenue integrity programs and assisting health systems with their Epic implementations.Most recently in my work with The Wilshire Group, I was an interim System Director of Revenue Integrity where I led a multi-disciplinary team of 20+ Revenue Integrity staff. Together we executed on over a dozen reimbursement recovery projects, overhauled charge edit, claim edit, and DNB workflows, and fixed inaccurate supply charging processes.When I'm not helping hospitals manage their revenue cycle, you can find me as a co-host on "The Wilshire IT RevCast", a leading RCM podcast.
