Oversee and self perform layout, framing, hang drywall, finishing, acoustical ceilings, EIFS, and flooring. Job takeoffs. Oversee the job is constructed properly, on time, within budget, and with the highest quality. Hold weekly safety meetings. Ensure job is completed safely. Track quotas, budgets, and schedule.

Provide assistance with overall on-site field administration, supervision, providing direction, and technical management for all construction operations. Including direct supervision of foremen, trade subcontractors and all other construction related personnel.Planning, coordinating and execution of work on time, within budget, attaining or exceeding profit goals, maintaining a safe workplace and promoting and enhancing client relationships and the company image.Supervised the construction of a hospital through the phases of demolition, excavation, underground site utilities, foundation, actual construction, testing procedures and inspections, and the turnover to the owner/developer.Project; a 6 story, 570,000 square foot free-standing replacement facility, located on a 250 acre site. The hospital is a steel frame with concrete sheer wall structure that is clad with brick and EIFS. Actual cost of the new construction is $212.7 Million. Labor force of over 700 employed with over 2.5 million man hours with a non-recordable incident or injury.

-Oversee the installation of interior/exterior metal framing/sheathing.-Supervise crews in excess of 50 on exterior/interior involved with drywall, EIFS, and stucco -Ensuring a completed job with minimal punch items, while executing safely and efficiently within budget.-Provided counseling, direction, mentorship, and conflict resolution of the crew. Human resource responsibilities included hiring and terminating employees, training, and performance evaluations.-Read, understand, and utilize architectural blueprints for wall layouts-Complied with all of OSHA, AHCA, NFPA, and Wal-Mark regulations.-Projects include: University of Tampa Straz Hall, Stadium Center, and Urso Hall.
