When I was growing up I wanted to be a fighter pilot. My love for Aircraft brought me to a career in mechanical engineering. Now I am a business and engineering professional known for building complex products under budget and on time. I am well suited for opportunities with leadership development programs. I am currently in the full time MBA program at the University of Utah, where I will gain the business and leadership acumen to move into management.In my engineering career, I have honed skills in project management, process improvement, and iterative product improvement. I find that the thing that drives me most in my career is in making sure those around me are able to achieve their full potential, and are supported fully as we all grow our careers. For that reason, my aspirations are to find myself in a position to be that support, and I think as a product manager, project manager, or process manager, I would be able to do that while leveraging my technical background.I want my career to be part of finding solutions to the world's greatest problems. I want my work to contribute to important advancements. I believe that with my team building skills, I can be effective in coordinating efforts within an organization to truly achieve greatness.
