Operations and Maintenance Supervisor

Brae Alpha Platform North Sea

• Report to the platform superintendent as head of production department I help ensure all KPI are reviewed and met including production and environmental figures.
• Responsible for supervising a team of 6 production technicians, laboratory technicians and various vendors who arrive on board to assist with various work-scopes.
• Responsible for ensuring key documents such as locked open locked closed valves, system overrides including F&G and none routine risk assessments among others are all managed effectively.
• Ensuring my department are prepared for large work scopes involving shut downs of plant and Dive support vessel etc.
• Assisting with the commissioning of new or re-conditioned rotating equipment such as compressors and pumps collaborating with onshore engineers throughout the process.
• Prioritising and formulating work on a daily and monthly basis to help deliver on planned maintenance routines and influencing other departments when resources are required to be diverted for break down activities.

Brae Alpha North Sea

• Control Room operator responsible for the daily operation activities on plant directing outside operators during key activities such as plant start up.
• Reacting to F&G and production driven alarms accordingly.
• Authorised Person Mechanical (APM), responsible for designing and implementing mechanical isolations, which conform to platform standards.
• Area authority responsible for administering the PTW on a daily basis, reviewing risk assessments, isolations and any overrides to ensure a safe place of work is provided for Performing authorities.
• Outside operations starting plant as directed by CRO utilising basic maintenance skills to diagnose and repair faults when required.
• Emergency response team member

Murchison Platform North Sea

• Control Room operator responsible for the daily operation activities on plant directing outside operators during key activities such as plant start up.
• Field Focal point for plant breakdowns and plant start-ups.
• Designing and implementation of isolations utilising ISSOW.
• Reacting to F&G and production driven alarms accordingly.
• Commissioning new/upgraded equipment installed to the platform.

Wilton Site Teesside

• Control Room operator responsible for the daily operation activities on plant directing outside operators during key activities such as plant start up.
• Outside operations responsible for performing daily routines and assisting with plant start up as directed by control room.
• Responsible for designing and implementing isolations utilising the companies electronic permit to work system.
• Outside operations utilising basic maintenance skills to diagnose and repair faults when required.
