Under the Corporate Communication Department, my job scope requires me to deal with clients from inside and outside the university that are in need of our videography services.

Lead the team to organize the largest career fair in Universiti Teknologi PETRONAS (UTP), where over 55 companies participated to recruit interns and fresh graduates. Organized career talks, webinars, interview sessions and resume banks for job-seeking students. Coordinated with the Corporate Communication Department (CCD) of UTP for the concurrent events during the University's 25th anniversary celebration.

Heavily assisted the team in handling project tenders and assisted in the Design & Technical parts of ongoing projects during the Student Internship Training (SIT) period.Was transferred to the Kampung Baru North Station (Raja Uda Station) MRT site for the Student Industrial Project (SIP). Placed under the Fire Detection & Protection Services (FDPS) and Cold Water Services (CWS) team to perform inspections and Testing and Commissioning (T&C) of related equipment. Actively involved in the PLC Testing of the Tunnel Ventilation Fans of the MRT station.

Co-lead the team to generate ideas for weekly social media content and updates for upcoming youth-led events by the team. Sole website designer responsible for the overall layout and aesthetics of the website.

Designed the graphical content on the official social media pages and played a role in the content creation, mostly catered to the youth. Active member of the Communications & External Dissemination division.

Lead the team to organize the university's largest student-run virtual event to date. Invited over 25 top industry players, mainly in Oil & Gas and Manufacturing to recruit new hires and interns from a large pool of students from the university as well as share industrial knowledge to the students.

Oversaw and managed the planning of the event. The "Ask A Recruiter Series" in TVEX 2.0 allowed students to get up close and personal with recruiters from various industries to prepare themselves to be job-ready for the future via online webinars.

Moderated the Cybersecurity Forum and hosted the discussion sessions amongst the participants. Lead the ice-breaking activities and games session for the participants from all over ASEAN. Expanded my network and gained knowledge on the cultures and backgrounds of people from neighboring ASEAN countries.

Down To Earth was a community service project, mandatory for the Islamic Studies module, organized by the Mechanical and Civil Engineering foundation students of Universiti Teknologi PETRONAS. Performed communal work at SMK Bawong, Sungai Siput, Perak, and donated funds to the school for facility improvements.

In charge of the logistics and technical support for prelude events and the main event of Technology, Education & Career (TEC) 2019. Being one of the only few foundation students in the committee, it was a great experience as I learned a lot from the seniors in organizing the largest event in UTP and the largest student-run career fair in Malaysia.
