I’m a registered engineer in the state of Illinois and Puerto Rico with extensive knowledge in transportation infrastructure. I believe transportation engineering has now developed into a multidisciplinary field ranging from economics to sociology and psychology, in addition to its engineering and computational principles. For more than thirteen (13) years I've been successfully managing projects in different stages providing me with very useful knowledge on how to deal with delicate situation in which multiple parties have to work together towards the same goal.
