• Genomics bioinformatics projects characterizing biomarkers of diagnosis and oncogenesis in various cancers, including Head and Neck Squamous Cell Carcinoma (HNSCC), Papillary Thyroid Carcinoma (PTC), and Lung Squamous Cell Carcinoma (LUSC).• Investigation of the intratumor microbiome, tRNAs, and etiological progression in aggressive cancers• Clinical analysis of COVID-19 therapeutics and outcomes, including the largest cohort of COVID-19 breakthrough patients in the UC Health System• These projects have culminated in 5 first/co-first author publications and 9 total publications thus far
