Provide daily 24/7/365 monitoring of the public space and housing stock CCTV along with responding to fire alarm activations plus providing security for our customers, achieving the best outcomes for the public and our customers. Undertake these duties at evenings and weekends supporting the delivery of a 24/7/365 service. Support our Neighbourhoods and Safer Neighbourhoods services, by working pro-actively as One Team to keep tenants safe and secure. Proactively identify criminality and ASB across the Borough. Answer OOH calls from customers. Monitor CCTV for SHG customers in blocks across the Borough. Respond to fire alarm activations. Liaise with contractors when faults occur. Assist GMP and the Safer Neighbourhoods Team with evidence led investigations. Direct security guards to various locations.
