Managed the design, fabrication, and inspection of a Dead-Load Sled modification including adjustable test fixture for mounting the F-35 AHS Test Article. Instrumented and calibrated test article strain gages and accelerometers, and supported (round-the-clock) Ground Test to successful completion. Entire program was 10 weeks, start-to-finish.► Navy EP-3E Mobile Ground Stations: Won $12.5M Technical Services Task Order through APSD/APF MAC IDIQ. In close coordination with PMA-290 (Mission Systems), led the IPT as PM & Chief Engineer to develop 3 Mobile Communications Trailers (MQL II), culminating in successful TSCIF certifications, and ATTLA Transport Certification (C-17 & C-5, including a successful C-17 Fit Check at Dover AFB).► MQL Follow-on: Subsequently received additional $12+M sole-sourced, follow-on DO for sustainment, maintenance, deployment support, and upgrades to 1st & 2nd-generation MQL systems.►Triton Forward Operating Base MCS: Leveraged solid past performance (MQL II) into sole-source procurement of Mobile Ground Stations supporting MQ-4C Triton (Navy Globalhawk), with intentions to support additional LRIP in support of P-8 platform.►Internal BD Support: Proactive advocate/catalyst for tactical collaboration between Sales/BD & Operations Teams.
