My role initially was to manage the appointments but quickly diversified and grew as did the company.Currently they employ three teams of fitters, five door canvassers and three sales reps.My finishing role there was to work closely with the sales team, motivating, training and dealing with any problems that arise. I was first point of contact in the office/showroom and dealt with customers on a daily basis.The showroom there regularly had visitors and I quite often did deals there and via email. I collected payments, maintained customers’ account records and producing banking sheets.It was a very target driven role and we achieved year on year sales increases.
