Since my earliest childhood I have been fascinated with learning. In high school and college I took a wide variety of classes. I feel that one should go to college, not to get a job, but to become a human being. To learn the "Why" as well as the "How" and to be enlightened. In businesses the vast majority of problems are internal not external. The Ethos of the of the company is, too often, not what is stated in the mission statement. The organization of the company must be examined to see if it is compliant with the company's goals. By strategic thinking and planning of the assets of the company, aligned with integrated execution, the goals can be obtained.I love to travel and absorb other cultures and get a fresh perspective on problem solving.
