Daniel Johnson is an art director, digital media guru and motion graphics design/animator with 15+ years of experience in creative marketing, graphic design and social communications. He has worked primarily in the entertainment industry with diverse companies – from start-ups to Fortune 500 brands – including NBC Universal, TBS, Toyota, Zodiac Aerospace, British Petroleum and Tivo, overseeing creative design and production for mass market product launches. Daniel is the Art Director / Senior Designer for Prime8, a full-service creative media studio in Los Angeles. Adept at managing the interplay between creatives, programmers and leadership, Daniel guides cross-functional design and technology teams in everything from concepts and storyboarding, to development of functional/animated interface prototypes for websites, online ads, mobile apps, broadcast mediums and social channels. His work includes award-winning set top box interfaces, interactive games and apps promoting movies and TV shows. Tech-savvy and a social media aficionado, Daniel craves the buzz of helping companies leverage technology, market trends and content marketing to create compelling consumer-driven conversations. It’s why in 2017 Daniel co-founded BuzzWinx, a digital marketing and social media management agency that gives brands interactive content strategies and platforms for everything social.
