• Manage commercial and subcontract contractual terms and conditions• Procurement responsibility for sustainment activity in maritime and aerospace industries, including management of a team of buyers• Manage relationships with internal/external customers and cross-business/functional requirements• Provide guidance on compliance with contract, corporate, Australian government and foreign government requirements for the management of intellectual property, controlled technology, confidential information and classified data• Attend and contribute to business reviews and contract performance reviews• Identify and manage commercial risks and liabilities, develop cost effective means of managing those risks and implement appropriate mitigation measures• Deal with issues of foreign exchange, escalation, payment arrangements, guarantees and insurance• Prepare negotiate strategies and leading negotiating teams on commercial issues• Prepare and deliver commercial management plan(s) for project and/or line of business

* Identification of strategic procurement opportunities and establishment of strategic procurement relationships* Management of SAP ERP System* Preparation, issue and evaluation of EOIs and RFXs for large contract packages, including exploration drilling, communications packages, construction camp, rail loop, CHPP and construction management* Preparation, review and administering of procurement contracts throughout all stages of the Cobbora project, including performance assessment and management* Allocation of resources to the procurement process to achieve Project deadlines* Management of procurement documentation in accordance with State Records Act and GIPA* Assessment of contract claims and variation
