Main responsibilities-Responsible for managing delivery of engineering service to Apache cranes and lifting contract.-Manage team of engineers, trainee engineers and graduate engineers.-Develop and mentor junior engineers.-Provide engineering expertise for allocated projects. To produce and control engineering documents, work instructions, proposals, drawings etc.-Check and approval of work packs, work instructions and proposals. -Preparation of detailed reports (FEED submissions, work packs) and mechanical maintenance procedures.-Attending client meetings and being client focal point.-Project planning projects and ensuring timelines are closely followed.-Creating CTRs and quotations for engineering works and ensuing all direct reports keep within budgeted costs.-Adhering to company and client document control standards, ensuring consistent checking/approval of documents, drawings and data.-Applying best practices to all work scopes. -Mobilising offshore and managing projects and maintenance campaigns ensuring safety policies are adhered to and any problems are engineered efficiently and effectively to reduce down time.

Main Responsibilities-Project engineer for Cranes division of company.-Provide engineering expertise for allocated projects. To produce and control engineering documents, work instructions, proposals, drawings etc. -Preparation of detailed reports (FEED submissions, work packs) and mechanical maintenance procedures.-Costing for large cranes projects issuing CTRs to the client and working to budgets. -Engineer offshore projects managing teams of technicians for large crane work scopes, reducing down time and delays by engineering safe solutions to problems encountered.

Role consisted of; -Function testing MWD exploration tools returned from service. -Disassembling tools. -Assessing level of damage, wear and hours/conditions parts subjected to. -Quotations created and issued detailing costs to return tool to service.-Tools rebuilt and function tested.-Maintenance details logged in SAP

CNC machined components for completions such as packers and flow control equipment.Role involved evaluating and understanding technical drawings, programming CNC lathes and machining components to tight tolerances.
