Responsible for expanding U.S. customer sales and adoption for MPSA (Microsoft Products and Services Agreement) through Online Services such as O365/Azure.• Track and analyze of all client licenses under contract, driving MS program awareness to all sales teams and consulting to close MS Product and Service Agreements (MPSA).• Weekly calls with Microsoft to strategize GTM plans and partner initiatives.• Achieved 140% in Q4 of CY14 quota by generating 7.5M in revenue. 100% in Q1 of CY15 & 110% in Q2.• Increased MPSA customer adoption rate from 12% in Q1 of FY15 to 35% in Q4 of FY15.• 75% of time covering CTM accounts (250-1,000 seats) with the remaining 25% covering Major/EPG accounts.• Create and deliver solution-based trainings to new hires and Microsoft specialists on the Microsoft business platform.• Certified Microsoft Licensing specialist in business productivity products ranging from Windows Desktop OS,Office Applications (O365, Dynamics, System Center), and Servers (Hyper-V, SQL, SharePoint, Azure).• Constantly working with Inside & Field sales to help drive opportunities to 100% close.• Provide updated sales pipeline on regular basis including: quote tracking, order tracking, close ratio, number of calls, open opportunities.• Provide monthly sales reports tracking sales team’s performance around Microsoft as well as tracking incentives earned by each Sales AE.•Work closely with global counterparts to help streamline MPSA on a much larger scale for Insight's large global customer base.
