• Provided oversight for Trinity’s Parish Nurse Program that covers 40 affiliate churches and 45 team members

• Developed multiple funds through Trinity Health Foundation to support Community Engagement Initiatives including Community Outreach, Military and Veteran Services, and People that are differently able funds
• Exceeded $50,000 fund raising goal for Community Impact through Trinity Health Foundation resulting in reduction of overall departmental expenses

• Responsible for UnityPoint Health – Trinity’s Community Benefits reporting, which resulted in approximately $33 million dollars per year
• Provided oversite for Trinity’s Community Health Needs Assessment process, and developed strategies for the health implementation plan
• Established and strengthened partnerships with over 130 organizations throughout the community
• Led implementation of Project SEARCH program for the organization, the first program established in the Quad Cities. Since the development of the program 26 interns with intellectual disabilities completed the program.

Davenport, Iowa Area

• Responsible for the Chamber Ambassadors program – managed the budget, attendance at events, planned executive committee and regular monthly meetings for 40 Chamber Ambassadors
• Restructured the Chamber Ambassador program which resulted in increased event attendance and participation
• Piloted community outreach efforts to increase diversity and participation in Chamber events
• Interim Director for the Young Professionals Network – group of over 3,000 members
