I am an attendant at PT. Gerbang Berkah Indonesia, a parking management company, where I have been working for more than one and a half years. I have an associate's degree in business administration and management from SMK YP IPPI, which I completed in 2022. My core competencies include customer service, customer satisfaction, and operations.In my role as an attendant, I perform various tasks such as cashiering at the exit point, monitoring and guarding the parking area and basement, and assisting and serving the tenants with their parking needs. I have developed and demonstrated skills in customer service, communication, contribute to the company's success.
