Three weeks of mandatory placement work. Worked in the marketing department under Neil Du Plessis. Performed design work on cutting edge equipment developed by Bosch. Made at least three site visits for inspection, 3D scanning and Project Management.

Student work: four weeks of work with Visconti. Work included: Cad modelling of components for spares manufacture, Design work of housings for test machinery, Cad modelling of prototype manufacture systems for testing and a redesign of a factory floor for renovation.

Swaziland

Four weeks of engineering course related required work experience was completed between the above mentioned dates. The work was split into two two week blocks, one in June 2015 the other in January 2016.The work required was hands on machining, welding and general engineering manufacturing processes. This requirement was fulfilled during the time specified.
