In my time of roofing I've been gifted with the opportunity to work under my father who has 35+ years of commercial roofing experience. In doing so, I have been able to learn what "quality roofing" really means. I have learned effective leadership, true customer care, product/product application, and integrity. I have taken what I have learned and applied it in my life and my career to the best of my ability. I started work from the bottom up, garbage boy to project manager. I grew up in roofing and have worked full time in this industry from age 17. I produced millions of dollars in the 5 years of training and running crews, many of those contracts exceeding 300k. I have had to establish safety systems and job routines on high risk jobs at large factories and be in constant communication with the managers on site. I know what its like to work in every aspect of the field and I believe that experience has shaped me into being a better commercial roofer across the board. Honesty, integrity, transparency, hard-work, and quality work are the most important things to me as a commercial roofer/salesman. I believe in providing workmanship, products, and prices that are honest and true to the customer and to the company. I try my best to share my positive attitude and love of roofing with the people around me. I'm passionate about what I do, and I hope to better the world and those whom I meet through my profession. I don't see customers or businesses as just another deal adding to my bank account but someone in need of a good relationship with a professional who's looking out for their best interest and I have every intention of providing that.

Commercial Roofing Salesman/EstimatorBiltwell Roofing Mar 2019 - May 2019While I worked at Bilt-Well, I measured up between 3-8 roofs per day and assessed the needs of the potential customer. I wrote many service estimates and put together material lists. I also sold and performed repairs on the spot if they were manageable for one man. I had a good amount of face-to-face interactions with the customers which I tried my best to take advantage of and put my best foot forward for the company. I would often hear the words, "this was the most professional experience I've had with a contractor" or "you've been the most helpful and communicative of the estimators I've had so far" or "thank you for your honesty - so far everyone has told me I just need a new roof. I feel like they just want my money". I say this not to grow my own ego but to show the kind of business/service I like to sell and provide, and the way I interface with all customers. I believe not in sly or smooth worded sales but honest service and execution, I find that brings me success and sets me apart from my competitors. I don't believe being in sales or estimating is about my pocket book, but about theirs. Honesty can change the world and I strive to be the salesman I would want for my own home or business. Trusting people shouldn't be our last choice. It should be our first.

Project ManagerOnesource Roofing Jun 2011 - Oct 2018Saint Charles, IllinoisI started full-time commercial roofing for Onesource Roofing at 17 years old. I worked my way up from hauling trash and cleaning the job site on a 7 man crew to running my own 3-10 man crews in 2 years. I ran production crews for 4 years; roofing office buildings, distribution centers, factories, and small businesses. I've had to run my crews under very strict safety guidelines and communicate/coordinate with many people to ensure a smooth and safe operation. 95% of my jobs had to meet the manufacturers warranty guidelines. I then moved to project management, over-seeing job quality, efficiency, and safety as well as ordering materials and coordinating with cranes and dumpsters. I also wrote up/set up repairs for the service crews and saw them to completion.
