My experience includes Clerk of the Works, Owner’s Representative, and Construction Superintendent for several large scale construction projects, including, Crossroads Rhode Island, Meeting Street School, Block Island and Quonset Airports, and the Jesse Smith Library. I have wide-ranging knowledge in the construction trades encompassing all phases—from building maintenance to new construction, from structural steel erection and light gauge metal or wood framing to mechanical systems and fine-finish carpentry. My work has required hands-on building and managerial oversight of projects, subcontractors, and workers, as well as an understanding of local, state and federal regulations.
