Currently completing a dual degree as a Bachelor of Engineering (Honours) and Science, I am well-versed with terminology and knowledgeable on engineering and scientific principles and protocols. With the aptitude to learn and apply new knowledge and skills rapidly, I am seeking to flourish my career in science and engineering and apply my knowledge to achieve successful results. With experience in coaching and mentoring team members through my role as a Coach with St Peters Lutheran College, I have guided the team to excel within their performance and I adhere to best practice standards ensuring compliance with protocols and processes. I successfully upskill knowledge and expertise and drive team goals to develop talent and engage in active listening to Coach Mentors' to inform my practice of training sessions. Having skilfully delivered exceptional quality customer service throughout my career, I have coordinated a positive customer experience and managed client satisfaction. Throughout my time as a Maintenance Assistant and Labourer with KD Mowing and Property, I applied strong problem-solving skills to resolve matters and issues and determine viable solutions that meet expectations and requirements. I have been instrumental in delivering pertinent advice and information and successfully driven strong stakeholder engagement. Within my role as a Participant with St Peters Lutheran College Ironbark Program, I coordinated my own workflow with efficiency and strong time-management skills performing well with minimal supervision.
