Core Responsibilities:• Being the interface between project teams and the end user in consumer and business unsecured lending programs of work; responsible to elicit, analyse, identify impacts, validate, communicate, and manage requirements for changes to systems and business processes, including identifying change impacts for offshore partners.• Managing multiple projects at once; leading initiatives from idea to implementation, and reporting on benefits.• Facilitating change forums with Executive and Operations Management; as well as collaborating with the wider Westpac Group ecosystem.• Leading stakeholder engagement and change management practices with offshore partners in Manila and Jaipur.• Recommending process redesign and improvements across the business.

Core Responsibilities:• Being the Subject Matter Expert in all Business Card Origination and Servicing project engagement.• Processing requests for the creation and maintenance of new business facilities, employee benefit cards, corporate purchasing cards, and handling card fraud and dispute matters.• Managing inbound phone lines; addressing the needs and requirements for business customers and internal stakeholders.

Core Responsibilities:• Being the Subject Matter Expert in Consumer Unsecured Lending project engagement.• Processing Secured and Unsecured Credit Card and Personal Loan applications, making out-bound phone calls and calculating serviceability capabilities using income and liability statements.
