This position assists hospital staff with technical support of desktop computers, applications, and related any technology. Support includes specification, installation, and testing of computer systems and peripherals within established Kaiser Permanente standards and guidelines. Primary focus on responding to day to day incidences that occur in the Kaiser Permanente Oakland Medical center in regards to information technology. Incident tickets are created by Tier 1 Help Desk support and channeled to Tier 2 Techs which are on site to perform multiple duties.
