Our mission in the consulting team is to identify digital Opportunities and develop solutions, get them tested fast as MVPs, further improve and with that drive business value on a large scale. Recently focusing especially on AI-enabled business which brings the higest value to our customers. My core competencies include IT strategy, service management and outsourcing. I value a working environment that encourages innovation and enriches our corporate culture with diversity and experience.In my current role as Managing Director and Head of Consulting DACH at DXC Technology I have the honor to manage larger consulting and IT professional units with a profit and loss responsibility and to adapt and restructure them to changing market demands. My team and I aim to achieve sustainable success with customized solutions and a deep understanding of our customers' needs. It is particularly important to me to work closely with clients and my leadership team to achieve the best possible results, as I´m result-oriented and lead by example and content.
