As an LRT R(MR,CT) I co-ordinate advanced Imaging services for High Field MRI Imaging 7 days a week with focus on early detection of stroke, advanced Breast Imaging, MRI guided biopsy, Inpatient care and outpatient imaging including low dose 320 slice CT scanning. Develop and stimulate referral base in coordination with community affairs. Educate the hospital medical staff, community partners, physicians and general public.

Coordinate daily imaging needs for all patients referred for MRI and CT inclusive of inpatient, outpatient and ER referrals. Maintain ACR accreditation for advanced imaging equipement including GE MRI at 1.5 & 3 Tesla MRI and 320 slice CT and 16 slice CT systems. Recruit, educate, and oversee staffing of CT and MRI. Maintain excellent image quality and strive for continued performance improvement. Assist with outreach programs and business development through ongoing quaterly seminars and physician engagement.As co-leader of the communictaion team at Mather I encourage employee engagement with interanal services I oversee and those I may interface with.
