I manage the cleaning for secure areas within a busy office.I have a hands on attitude with everything I do and in this role completed all duties from cleaning kitchenette areas, cleaning desks to hoovering and clearing bins and rubbish.I gained knowledge of how a cleaning team operate and how to get the best out of the time the team were on site.

In this role I supervise a team of 7 security reception and house services staff.I complete the rosters for all these staff and ensure that all shifts are covered well in advance. I provide training and refresher sessions for all staff at regular intervals and ensure that the team is informed and up to date with any new site instructions.I report directly to the Area Manager and Site Manager keeping them informed of all happenings around the site.I also deal directly with the client on many aspects of the role and take responsibility for the site security ensuring that all incidents are reported to the relevant persons and that all incidents are dealt with quickly and efficiently for the safety of the clients business which is one of my main roles.
