As an Environmental Health and Safety Apprentice at Pfizer, I apply my skills and knowledge in data analysis and reporting to create and enhance safety systems and processes. I use Microsoft Forms, Power Automate, Excel, and Power BI to design and develop a data visualization for Safe Work Permit, analyze monthly safety trends, and improve the ergonomics tracking system. I am also a Business Information Technology student at North Carolina Agricultural and Technical State University, where I learn about business and personal/financial services marketing operations. I have a strong academic record, having earned multiple Chancellors and Dean's List honors. I am passionate about using technology to solve business problems and create value for customers and stakeholders. In addition, I have diverse experience in marketing, tech, and sales roles, where I have demonstrated my ability to generate leads, optimize campaigns, provide tech support, and upsell products. Some of my achievements include overseeing the development and production of promotional materials, creating a lead-generation process using social media, implementing a search engine optimization plan, and delivering in-person device setup and tech support.
