As Assistant Dean for Student Engagement and Success. This divisional unit will be tasked with providing a common framework for co-curricular experiences that will enhance our ability to connect academic and co-curricular experiences, create structured engagement opportunities that support students in developing and advancing their skills and experiences. I provide strategic leadership and planning for three departments within the Student Affairs division at Westminster College.
