I open unexpected opportunities by always being grounded in behavioral science thinking, integrating ethnography, linguistics, social listening and content analysis with traditional qualitative interviews and quantitative techniques. Most explorations require a variety of stakeholder perspectives – Patient, caregiver, HCP, office staff, allied health professionals (e.g., physical therapist, school nurse) – each contributing to a more informed decision.
